Privacy

How we handle your details.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, email and delivery address, only to process and deliver your order and to send updates you ask for.

Payments

Card and transfer details are handled by Paystack. Galuxe never stores them.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see how people use the site, so we can fix what is confusing. They record which pages you visit and how you move around. What you type into forms, like your name, phone number and address, is hidden from them. If you came to us from an Instagram or TikTok ad, those platforms may also see which products you viewed. You can block this with your browser privacy settings or an ad blocker.
