7 day defect replacement

Report a factory defect within 7 days of delivery. We inspect the product and issue a replacement once the defect is confirmed. Proof of purchase may be required.

What is not covered

Physical damage, drops, liquid damage, misuse and unauthorized repairs.

Galuxe Nano Mic: 12-month warranty

The Galuxe Nano Mic is covered for 12 months from the date of purchase. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your mic is defective, we repair or replace it free of charge, at our discretion.

Not covered: misuse, drops, liquid damage, extreme temperatures, humidity, improper storage, unauthorized repair or modification, scratches, dents, corrosion, normal wear and tear, altered or unreadable serial numbers or warranty seals, fire, flooding, lightning or other events outside our control. Accessories and consumable parts are also not covered.

To claim: proof of purchase is required. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number. You may need to send the mic, with shipping prepaid, to our service location. We cover the cost of sending the repaired or replacement mic back to you. All other shipping costs are yours.

Back up any data before sending your mic for service. Galuxe is not responsible for data loss or indirect damages, and our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product. The warranty is subject to these terms and applicable law.
