Every Galuxe Nano Mic is covered for 12 months from the date you buy it.
What is covered
Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your mic is defective, we repair or replace it free of charge, at our discretion.
What is not covered
- Misuse, drops, liquid damage, extreme temperatures, humidity or improper storage
- Unauthorized repair or modification
- Scratches, dents, corrosion, normal wear and tear
- Altered or unreadable serial numbers or warranty seals
- Fire, flooding, lightning or other events outside our control
- Accessories and consumable parts
How to make a claim
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Proof of purchase is required.
- You may need to send the mic, shipping prepaid, to our service location.
- We pay to send your repaired or replacement mic back to you. All other shipping costs are yours.
- Back up any data before you send it in.

Yes. It has a 12-month warranty from the date you buy it. If it has a defect in materials or workmanship, we repair or replace it free of charge.
03What is not covered by the warranty?
Misuse, drops, liquid damage, extreme heat or humidity, unauthorized repairs, scratches, dents, normal wear and tear, altered serial numbers or seals, and accessories or consumable parts.
04How do I make a warranty claim?
